**Personal Assistant**

Our Client, known locally as an employer of choice, is looking for a Personal Assistant to join their growing team.

**Job Duties**:

- To act as first point of contact for Directors and Management in dealing with business related correspondence, visitors and phone-calls.
- Proactively provide a first-class customer service to all colleagues and clients, through anticipating and delivering requirements, maintaining strong working relationships with key stakeholders and working as a team across the business sites, to drive continuous improvement.
- Produce a wide range of business-related documentation, manage the collation and distribution of documents in advance of internal and external meetings as required.
- Design presentations and assist in the preparation of high-quality reports.
- Representing the business in strategic activities to support and drive the business forward through contributing to the delivery of multiple initiatives and projects.
- Pro-actively manage the company’s various communication forums both internally and externally - Facebook, Linked In, website, internal screens, newsletter and notice boards
- Preparing, booking and servicing internal and external meetings
- Extensive and complex booking and arranging of travel, transport, accommodation and car hire
- Recording employee expenses, maintain credit card receipts and reconciliation of same, and manage petty cash
- Manage internal communications and promotion of the company Brand, creation of the Quarterly Newsletter and other brand materials when required
- Manage the Linden Website and ensure all communications are kept up to date

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Minimum of 2 years Executive PA experience
- Proven experience of preparing professional reports and diary management
- Ability to treat all information in a confidential and discreet manner
- Experience of making multiple and complex business travel bookings
- Proficient in Microsoft packages as well as experience of utilising social media for corporate use
- Previous experience in diary management
- Ability to multitask and prioritise workload while working under pressure
- Flexible approach to working hours is essential
