Group Recruitment Administrator

Our Human Resources team support the management team to deliver best practice in all aspects of the employee life cycle. We are looking for a **Group Recruitment Administrator** to add to this fast paced and busy team.
**As a Group Rercruitment Administrator your responsibilities will include, though will not be limited to**:
- Supporting the Group Recruitment Coordinator with the recruitment process, including preparation of recruitment documents and drafting and placement of job adverts.
- Coordination of interview schedules and testing
- Liasing with external recruitment partners via the telephone
- Conductng telephone interviews and supporting hiring manager with face to face interviews
- Administaring the full onboarding induction process for new employees ensuring compliance with safer recruitment practices such as Right to Work, DBS checks and medical clearances.
- Establishing, devloping and maintaining effective and credible workign relationships thorughout the organisation.
- Working with the broader HR Team to manager generalist HR activity including, administration, employee relations, policy and prcoedure, reporting and HR projects in accordance with business requirements
**As with all Group employees, you'll also be asked**:
- Ensure the work you do is of a high standard and that Group procedures and policies are followed.
- Act as an ambassador for the business, presenting the Group in a positive way with clients, customers, and colleagues.
- Work flexibly and efficiently to meet customer needs, whilst maintaining the highest possible professional standards.
- Always maintain confidentiality and security.
**To be successful in this role, you should be able to demonstrate**:
- Experience of providing advisory and administrative support
- An understanding of employment terms, conditions, policies and procedures in line with current employment law guidelines and best practice.
- Confidence when dealing with employees at all levels, including senior management.
- Ability of meeting tight deadlines without comporimising on accuracy and attention to detail.
This is a part time role, 24 hours per week, Monday - Friday
