**The role**: The Facilities Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the Facilities team in the completion of day-to-day operational requirements throughout the Group..

As a Facilities Coordinator your responsibilities will include, though will not be limited to:

- Allocation of work to maintenance departments across Target Group using PPM software
- Responsible for the image and visual standards of the site/s taking ownership of any issues or concerns.
- Support the Facilities Management and Engineering teams with the upkeep and maintenance of all PPM across group.
- Acting as point of contact for the facilities group function.
- Ensure all contractors, under sphere of control, operate with the appropriate authority and permits and adhere to the site rules and regulations at all times.
- Coordinate site waste and recycling arrangements.
- Ensure statutory fire testing and associated checks are performed.
- Coordinate with Security and report any faults on access entry system where necessary.
- Raise Purchase Orders for goods or services as required, in compliance of business controls at all times.
- Provide cover for the engineering team as defined by line management, escorting contractors on site.
- Work with engineering team to complete all quality documentation.
- Support the Facilities Manager with general administrative tasks including taking calls and managing bookings for contractors.
- Following, promoting, and enforcing relevant SOPs, Job Aids, and Company policies and procedures
- Proactively supporting the business’ operation by helping in other departments which may be busier than your own at a particular time.

**To be successful in this role, you should be able to demonstrate**:

- Knowledge and awareness of facilities management industry
- Strong administrative experience including record keeping and data entry
- Knowledge of Health & Safety
- Strong IT skills
- Self-motivated and resourceful
- Well organised and good prioritisation and planning skills
- Ability to develop and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues and external contacts.
- Ability to work flexibly and to meet deadlines.
- Good verbal, written and problem-solving skills.

**Hours of work for this role are **Monday - Thursday 07.30 - 16.30, Friday 07.30 - 14.00
