**HYBRID WORKING - Employment Law Advisor**

**Location**: 2 days near Edinburgh, 3 days home. Brilliant employer, excellent benefits, great work life balance

**Salary up to £36k depending upon experience**

**Hours -** Monday to Friday

**Role overview**
- To provide high quality advice and legally compliant documentation to your clients
- Advice and guidance on a wide range of HR/Employment Law topics
- To make sure all advice to clients is timely, efficient, accurate, practical, and commercial.- To liaise with employee representatives in respect of early conciliation and associated- issues.-
- To help clients to achieve their commercial objectives,, whilst complying with the law or- clearly advising on the consequences of none or partial compliance where this is being- considered by the client.- To occasionally undertake external client training as required.
- To occasionally deliver training for paralegals/trainees.
- To undertake litigation and/or HR consultancy work as required.
- To assist with core advice work as and when the need may arise.
- To participate in the out of hours advice rota as agreed.
