Our Turning Point Scotland Services in **Lockerbie & Dumfries** are looking for people like you to help provide individualised support to adults with a wide range of needs, either on an individual 1:1 basis or alongside others and as part of a team.

**Dumfries & Lockerbie Services**

Provides support to vulnerable adults with learning and physical disabilities alongside other lifelong conditions. Our service principal is to promote independence, choice and to work with the people we support to enable them to lead the life they choose. We support people to access everyday life experiences including holidays, education, employment and social activities as well as providing support to sustain and develop relationships alongside skills for everyday living including budgeting, personal care and domestic skills for the person to maintain their own home.

The support we provide is always person centred, we do this by involving people who know the person well, this includes family and friends, other health and Social Work professionals, Advocacy services and our own staff members.

As an Assistant Service Coordinator, you will work with individuals who have a wide range of support needs, providing them with practical and emotional support and encouraging them to achieve their own personal outcomes in all aspects of their daily lives e.g. keeping safe, meaningful activities, community involvement, physical health, relationships, emotional health and wellbeing.
