- Have you had an extensive career in Learning and Development, and you're looking for your next challenge?- Have you mastered the art of delivering learning solutions remotely through Teams, Adobe Connect or Zoom?- Do you know your AHT from your FCR? - Contact Centre Knowledge is a huge advantage- Are you able to work remotely from anywhere in the UK?- Are you motivated to work alongside a team, showcasing your own Learning Experience for clients and colleagues alike?- Can you tell us about how you've crafted in-person and virtual learning solutions from the initial analysis all the way through to the design, delivery and evaluation- Do you want to be recognised and rewarded for your commerciality and hard work- Our Senior Consultant’s work alongside the HoLX to enhance the business and drive commercial thinking with the team through identifying opportunities, driving marketing reach and developing a name for themselves and our team in the CX and Learning business.**Key Objectives**- Perform learning discoveries, scope projects, and evaluate existing content to identify the most appropriate learning approach and content to support performance-based learning solutions
Develop “human-led” learning experiences form start to finish, from analysis through to evaluation
Identify learning needs with our clients and stakeholders through role analysis, meetings and consultation
Create engaging and creative storyboards, audio and video scripts, job aids, scenarios and case studies, learning activities, online course content, infographics, learning assessments, and user guides using sound instructional design theory
Working alongside the Client Solutions team, Senior Consultants will be active in the sales cycle, providing solutions, contributing to proposals and attending/participating in proposal reviews
Design modern, creative and engaging face to face / virtual learning experiences based on the needs of the organisation and the learners
Identify when the need for blended learning will be beneficial and scope/ storyboard what this would look like in partnership with the client and our in-house digital team
Deliver and evaluate learning initiatives both in person and virtually.
Work in a team to produce award-winning programmes that hit the mark for various levels of employees
Develop effective programmes that inspire, motivate and change behaviours for lasting results.
Lead the project for learning and development programmes to specific clients offering consulting best practice and “everyday” leadership to consultants
Be able to share insights on a range of topics in the areas in which we serve from CX through to leadership.
Keep up to date with industry developments by reading blogs, attending events, joining webinars etc.
Contribute to the team’s thought leadership in the world of modern L&D.
You will be responsible for the research and design of highly effective learning
- Provide exercises and activities that enhance the learning process
Scope and wireframe supporting material/media (audio, video, Interactive PDFs, simulations, role plays, games etc)
Demonstrate everyday leadership with the potential for line management responsibilities.
Contribute to the overall strategic vision and work to develop business improvement plans, enhance marketing, offer in-depth thought leadership and support Client Solutions.

**Skills, knowledge and experience**- CX Learning experience is a must, contact centre and regulated sector experience is desirable
