We’ve tailored our approach to each of the sectors we operate within and when it comes to cleaning at height, our aim is to work as safely and efficiently as possible. NSS has the expertise and experience to provide any combination of rope access / abseiling, water-fed pole systems, truck-mounted access platforms or cradle systems. All delivered in-house to maximize control and improve service delivery.

**Your job will include**:

- Maintain confidentially and comply with data protection regulations
- Supporting the HR Business Partners with minutes and note taking
- Support the HR Business Partners to produce and issue employee documents as required (Contract variations, leaver documents, employee references etc)
- Liaising with line managers as necessary on employee issues and queries
- Complete Workflows on the HR Software (Cascade)
- Producing signing in sheets for the Leeds office and issuing of the Leeds office key cards
- Logging and issuing of Eyecare Vouchers
- To ensure efficient and accurate maintenance of the electronic HR Systems
- Assisting the HR Business Partners with Change Management activity
- Assist with the management of Sickness Absences
- Assist with the processing the vetting of staff
- Filing of electronic HR documents
- Promote equality and diversity as part of the culture of the organisation
- Comply with company policies and procedures including Health & Safety
- Upload training certificates and maintaining training records on Cascade
- Support with producing internal reports, using HR software and excel spread sheets
- Archiving of HR documentation/personnel files
- Processing of the NSS Reward and Recognition certificates
- Any other reasonable duties or activities as required by the Company

**Experience / Personal Attributes Required**:

- Ideally 2 years’ experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of HRIS system (Cascade)
- Educated to GCSE standard, with a high level of verbal and written literacy
- Sound working knowledge of Microsoft Office or equivalent software packages.
- Excellent organisation and administrative skills
- Willingness to learn and adapt, ideally with the ability to grasp new concepts quickly
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work within a small team at fast pace

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract

**Salary**: £21,000.00-£23,000.00 per year
