**Wat je doet** Main Duties**:

- Create purchase orders for direct materials based on MRP (Materials Requirement Planning) demand
- Convert approved in-direct purchasing requests into purchase orders
- Manage purchase orders for timely acknowledgment - monitor purchase order acknowledgment date and advise deviations
- Track and with team support manage any known supply risks or purchase order issues (price, delivery date, etc)
- Expedite/de-expedite purchase orders based on MRP recommendations
- Manage any past due purchase orders
- Prepare supplier forecasts from MRP recommendations
- Run daily purchase order reports
- Process supplier returns for rejected materials
- Place and reconcile orders using the team credit card
- Set-up of new parts in the MRP system
**Wie je bent**
Desirable Skills/Experience**:

- Experience of procurement for a manufacturing organisation
- Experience of procurement via MRP or similar
- Good communication skills
- Good spreadsheet/MS Excel skills
- SAP or SAP By Design usage
