**About The Role**

**PRODUCTION OPERATIVE**
- Supporting in the laundering of customer workwear through an industrial wash process.
- Checking for repairs or damage to customer workwear and preparing for washing.
- Arranging for customer workwear to be dried, folded and packaged in a cleanroom.
- Dispatching washed workwear back to customer sites.
- Full training will be given.

**PREMISES CLEANER**

Covering the Premises department working as a Premises Cleaner. You will be responsible for making sure the hygiene standards are maintained at the Roman Bank Site.

Key Responsibilities:

- Adhere to company policies.
- Attend and contribute to team brief.
- General site cleaning.
- Carry out general duties which include supporting Production.
- Work to department Job Work Instructions.
- Follow company hygiene and jewellery policies.
- Follow correct dress code policy at all times.
- Adhere to area standards/principles.
- Follow all Health and Safety procedures and site rule at all times.

**Production Operative with Premises Cleaner Support role -**_ _**Employment Details**
- **
£10.90 per hour **(anti-social rate of £12.90 per hour between 12am & 6am)**:

- Part of our Micronclean night shift team, working **Monday to Thursday, 7.00pm - 4.00am (50-minute unpaid break), (7.00pm to 1.00am as a Production Operative and 1.00am to 4.00am as a Premises Cleaner) and Friday, 3.00pm - 8.30pm (Premises Cleaner), (30-minute unpaid break).**:

- ** 30 days’ annual leave (including bank holidays), increasing to 33 days for loyalty service (**pro-rated for those working less than 5 days per week)**.**:

- ** Company Sick Pay scheme.**:

- Full-time, permanent, year-round employment working Monday to Friday with weekends off.
- Based at one of our Skegness sites - Roman Bank, Skegness, Lincolnshire, PE25 1SQ.
- Voluntary overtime Mon-Sat paid at time and half, Sun overtime paid at double time.
- A generous yearly bonus paid every January, to all staff.
