We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Team Member to join our team at Haven. As a Security Team Member, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and security of our guests and staff.
Key Responsibilities- Monitoring and Patrols: Conduct regular perimeter patrols and monitor the premises to prevent and detect any security breaches.
- Emergency Response: Respond promptly and efficiently to emergency situations, manage and diffuse confrontations, and keep detailed records of all incidents.
- Customer Service: Serve as the primary point of contact for our team and guests, assist with inquiries, check guest passes, and support the wider team with ad hoc tasks when required.
