Are you an existing senior clinician who has significant experience of the management of complex patientsand complex decision making andwould like to come and take our service forward within the Stroke Sub-Acute Rehab Unit (SSARU) at South Bristol Community Hospital?

We would offer this role, with the support and training to complete your level 7 Masters in Advanced Practicewithin 3 years or as requiredto become an 8a ACP within the clinical speciality of Stroke.

Our ACPs will be working alongside the medical workforce to provide high quality clinical assessment and support to our patients to support them through the sub-acute stage of their rehab and recovery journey post stroke.

This is a fantastic opportunity for you to be part of our exciting new model of care from with opportunity for cross organisational working as part of the one Stroke workforce in BNSSG.

The unit consists of 30 beds at SBCH, which provides a safe environment where individuals who are medically stable can receive rehabilitation assessment, along with therapy and support from our team, to support independence before they return home.

We have multiple posts available along with full or part time hours.
