**CRM Executive**
**Bradford - Hybrid**
**Circa £30,000**

Here’s how the role will look:

- Owning the planning, creation, delivery and development of all aspects of CRM activity for the segment/brand your responsible for
- Finding ways to improve conversion, retention and engagement
- Working with the wider marketing team to deliver broader, cross-departmental campaigns
- Creating a yearly comms plans for your brand
- CRM data management - segmentation/data lists
- Becoming an expert user of their CRM which they also use as their ESP
- Regular reporting and discussing findings with the teams seniors

Required experience:

- Prior experience working with a database/CRM either with a built in or separate ESP function
- Experience devising customer journey focused campaigns from initial idea to completion
- Strong copywriting and proofreading skills with the ability to adapt to different audiences

**Benefits**:
The benefits package is extensive, first up, they offer hybrid working, with a requirement for two days in the office each week, it also includes a pay rise after 6 months then every April from there on in, a marketing leading pension scheme, 25 days annual leave plus an additional day off after Easter Monday and they also shutdown from 23rd December to the first working day in January giving you 4 extra days there. It’s a 36.25 hour week with flexible hours, there’s also an on-site nursery offering discounted fees, childcare vouchers, an on-site gym with swimming pool - the list goes on

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: £28,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
