General Builder

**Responsibilities**:

- Reading and interpreting blueprints or construction plans to determine project requirements
- Undertaking various building tasks such as laying foundations, erecting walls, and installing fixtures
- Collaborating with contractors, architects, and other team members to ensure project success
- Adhering to safety standards and building codes at all times
- Maintaining tools and equipment in safe working condition

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Builder or in a similar role
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong understanding of construction methods and materials
- Attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy equipment and materials
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

You must have permission to work in the UK and hold a current UK driving licence.
- Work Location - Ripon / Yorkshire Based
- Competitive Salary
- Full Time Monday to Friday
- Option of weekend overtime
- 28 days holiday to include bank holidays
