Sodexo are on the look out for a **Front Of House Assistant** in **Cambridge CB2 0BA **If you are a friendly and organised individual who could be the face of our prestigious corporate site and you are a master multi tasker, then we want to hear from you Join us to create a positive first impression to our clients and visitors and be the heartbeat of our front desk

**What you’ll do**:

- Act as an “Oracle” for all the services, products in the building.
- Support positive relationships with key client stakeholders and colleagues
- Ensuring that self, colleagues, and guests are working within a safe environment. That any unsafe practices are raised to appropriate members of the team to rectify
- To ensure that the site rules are enforced
- Compliance with all Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
- Greet and welcome guests with warmth and professionalism
- Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate department
- Maintain a tidy and inviting reception area
- Assist in administrative tasks such as data entry and scheduling
- Be the go-to person to providing information and assistance

**What you bring**:

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in handling multi line phone systems
- Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
- Positive attitude and a passion for customer service
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
- A hands on approach
