**Elderly Service Manager - Tonypandy**
**Your new company**
Do you want to work for an established, owner operator home with a genuine family feel?
We are recruiting for a Registered Manager for a care home in Tonypandy. They are privately owned and have strong relationships within the local community.
**Your new role**
You will be the Registered Manager for an Elderly Residential Care Home with 15+ service users. The staff team is well established and highly experienced, with a real family feel to the organisation. The setting is supported by the families of those it helps,with many being actively involved in the service users' lives.
The successful person needs to be a real people person, with strong working knowledge of relevant legislation, able to relate to the staff, but also continue their development
**What you'll need to succeed**:

- QCF 3 Health & Social Care (Level 4 or 5 advantageous)
- Experience in a residential setting (supported living considered)
- Experience with adults
- Elderly experience (preferred)
- Dementia experience (advantageous)
**What you'll get in return**:

- £28,000 to £30,000 (dependant on experience)
- On-call allowance (circa £1500 per annum)
- Car allowance
- Support to complete QCF Level 4 and QCF Level 5
