Behavioural Support Assistant
90 per hour
Do you think you could be a positive role model to challenging students in secondary school? If so, Teaching Personnel is currently looking for people like you We are currently working with our partnership school in the Tonypandy area for Behavioural Support Assistants for the next academic year (September) to work on a fulltime basis for the duration of the academic year.
Accompany them throughout their school day and manage their behaviours in line with school policy.
Provide one-on-one support to students who may require additional help with their academic or social development.
Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment where all students feel supported and valued.
Support teachers in implementing behaviour management strategies and maintaining discipline within the classroom.
Participate in team meetings and training sessions as required.
Previous experience working with children or young people is desirable but not essential.
Patience, empathy, and a genuine interest in supporting the educational development of young learners.
Registration with the Education Workforce Council (EWC).
