Business Development Assistant

**Who will I be working for?**

**What will I be doing?**
You will work closely with the Sales and Client Relationship teams to generate and qualify new leads for new business and growth of existing accounts in EMEA region. This is a brand new team, with lots of opportunity to excel.
**Main duties and responsibilities**:
- Collaborate with Sales Directors and Client Relationship Managers on overall territory. planning, account strategies, and support with meeting preparation and pitch materials.
- Qualify inbound leads and setup introductory meetings with account leads.
- Hit monthly/ quarterly/ annual sales targets.
**What skills and experience are required?**
- At least one year’s experience within a sales-based environment.
- Quick learner and able to understand top HR challenges and how we can help.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Experience of an internal CRM system would be desirable.
**What else do I need to know?**
This is a permanent, full-time position.
