**Job description**

We're looking for a highly motivated Trainee Lettings Negotiator to complement our fantastic residential Lettings team in South Birmingham. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for stability, progression and growth within the industry. This is a branch that can give you the platform to excel and team to help you grow.

The role of Trainee Lettings Negotiator is fast paced and as such you will be an ambitious individual eager to hone your skills across lettings. Ideally you will be someone who likes to see the process from beginning to end.

As Trainee Lettings Negotiator you will be responsible for:

- Arranging property viewings
- Negotiating lets
- Driving market share and finding new opportunities
- Carrying out administration duties from start to move in
- Building rapport and relationships with new and old investors
- Poses a can do attitude
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Full UK driving license with access to a car is essential

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£22,000.00 per year
