- Location: Middleton
- Salary: £23,000 - £25,000
- Hours: 8.30am - 5.30pm, Monday to Thursday, & 8.30am - 4.30pm Fridays

As the Production Coordinator, your day-to-day duties would include:

- Maintaining the production schedule and ensuring all information is both accurate and up to date
- Communicating changes on the schedule to the affected teams
- Inputting sales orders for rail clients and ad hoc jobs
- Issuing jobs to the production team
- Adding BIL jobs to the schedule
- Order filling
- Communicating any product changes or delays with clients
- Liaising with procurement team regarding any bought in items for orders
- Liaising with accounts in relation to invoice queries
- Conducting end of month/projection reporting
- Preparing job files for despatch
- Managing rail production jobs

The required traits, skills, and background to be considered for this Office Administrator role are:

- An understanding of the Manufacturing industry is essential
- Previous experience of managing a production/manufacturing schedule would be desirable but is not essential
- The ability to liaise with all levels within the business
- A strong level of IT knowledge
- Effective time management skills
- Comfortability with maintaining and developing client relations

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £23,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
