**Business Support Coordinator | Newcastle | This is an office based role | Monday - Friday | £28,000 -£32,000 based on skills and experience**

Our client is dedicated to preserving pubs and accommodation at the heart of our communities across Stoke on Trent, Staffordshire, Moorlands and Shropshire. They operate in a small business environment and you will relish being a part of a busy yet closeteam.

To succeed in this role, you will be a self-starter who enjoys working on tasks throughout it's life cycle. You will be accurate in your work and versatile to ensure compliance and excellent service across the whole business.

**Are you the right person for the job?**
- Excellent IT skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel is essential
- Excellent organisation skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise
- You can provide excellent service, organisation and diligence
- The ability to travel independently between our pubs when required
- Ability to work to tight deadlines
- Sage 50 experience is desirable
- Experience in the hospitality industry is desirable
- You will enjoy taking responsibility and ownership of tasks
- Able to use your own initiative to reach conclusions

**What will your role as a Business Support Coordinator look like?**
- The role reports into Office Manager
- Inputting and verifying invoices and purchase orders
- Completion, creation, filling of all organisational paperwork including marketing material and HR documentation
- Management of the pub till systems - including creating new users, training new users, changing promotions, report running and pricing
- Working alongside the rental property teams, answering calls and ad hoc administration as required
- Building and maintaining excellent relationships with suppliers
- Assist in the management of business reports in relation to expenditure of items
- Assist in the management of business reports in relation to promotions
- You will offer comprehensive and flexible support to all members of staff including landlords
- Administration tasks for all events
- Ad hoc office administration to support the office manager
- Ensure the office has an adequate stationery supply
