**Smart Group Ltd is hiring for Kitchen Administrator**

This is an exciting role and an amazing opportunity to join a rapidly growing, privately owned group of hospitality, catering and event management businesses based in South East London. **About you**:

- Previous experience in fast paced environment
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build very good rapport with colleagues
- Be highly organised and able to prioritize tasks
- Have excellent attention to detail
- Be a team player, flexible & efficient
- Allergen awareness and up to date training on H&S, Food hygiene etc. Any outstanding training can be given where necessary
- Result driven, yet light-hearted and fun
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel
- Recording and managing invoice information
- Organising event orders, updates and numbers
- Organising allergen information for each event, specifically catering
- Scheduling transport plans for dispatch
- Compile recipes specifications for desserts
- Managing fridge and freezer temperatures and recording as necessary
- Place orders with food suppliers looking for cost efficiencies when purchasing

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 per week
