Kitchen Administrator Role

Tao Group Hospitality, a leading global hospitality company, is seeking a highly organized Kitchen Administrator to join its dynamic culinary team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Executive Chef, ensuring a smooth kitchen operation.
  • Coordinate food tastings and manage attendance.
  • Support the Executive Chef in handling HR and payroll tasks, including rota management and employee queries.
  • Assist with recruitment of kitchen team members.
  • Liaise with the Events team on kitchen-related events.
  • Ensure food safety, health & safety compliance, and oversee kitchen maintenance.
  • Support purchasing, stock-taking, and supplier coordination.
  • Manage IT systems related to kitchen administration.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in an administration/support role, ideally within hospitality.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and prioritization abilities.
  • Strong communication skills and willingness to work as part of a team.
  • Availability to work full-time and under pressure.
  • Proof of eligibility to work in the United Kingdom.
