**Salary: £34,000pa plus Car, Expenses & Fuel Card**
The Commercial Team of SF Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Regional Support Manager

As a rapidly growing business our environment is fast paced and priorities are regularly changing at short notice. This means that no two days are ever the same and you will need to be comfortable with this as well as the growth and development this offers.
**The Role**

You will be a key member of the operations team offering hands on support to our branches and Divisional Operations. You will ensure the branch network are providing an excellent customer experience whilst driving sales and increasing the revenue and profitabilityof branches. You will use your knowledge and skills to help identify improvements that can be made, and support the leadership team in delivering these projects.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Providing training to branch staff on operational processes, to ensure efficiency and consistency - this will include rolling and full stock counts
- Working closely with branch managers and Regional Operations Managers to identify improvements and support the implementation of these changes
- Identify best practise in our processes and opportunities for improvements
- Communicate changes and improvements to the branch network to ensure consistency and efficiency
- Coach and motivate staff at various levels
- Assist the Regional Operations Managers
- Provide holiday cover for managers (when requested)
- Create and analyse KPI reports including back orders to drive best practise
- Carry out admin duties including; updating the stock system and reconciling cash/credit sales
- Ensure procedures are followed for goods in, returns & other KPIs
- Assist Branch Managers in closing H&S audit actions and operational compliance according to company risk assessments
- Work closely with Finance to ensure accounts are being reported correctly within company guidelines
- Ensure processes, policies and Health and Safety procedures are being followed
- Be happy to travel to different locations (18 locations across the country, and whilst you'll mainly cover the Southern Region there may be travel required outside of this)
- Previous experience in Truck /Trailer parts (desirable)

- Attention to detail when handling data
