Juice Recruitment is delighted to be supporting a leading property company, with the appointment of a Senior Administrator / PA to join their friendly team. Their beautiful offices are located in Bristol city centre, just minutes from Clifton Down trainstation.

They are looking for a highly experienced individual that can provide effective clerical support towards their busy property team. You will be covering a range of administrative tasks and liaising with a variety of departments, ranging from marketing tofinance. You will aim to strengthen the current team and bring fresh enthusiasm to the role.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handling inbound calls and customer enquiries
- Data entry, reporting and updating spreadsheets
- Financial duties to include banking, fee forecasting, invoicing & WIP reporting
- Administrative support with the sale of real estate and rural land
- Supporting the marketing team with sales brochures
- Diary management and coordinating property maintenance

You must be confident with IT and using Microsoft packages.

Working hours are Monday to Friday, 09:00-17:30. Fully office based, with the potential of 1-day WFH.
