An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic Facilities Supervisor within the Domestic and Linen Team, to be based at Sunderland Royal Hospital, also covering all CHoiCE satellite sites as required

40 hours per week, flexibility is a must. Normal working hours are on a rota basis across 7 days and applicants must be able to provide 24/7 cover in line with service needs and as business dictates.

You will be required to cover annual leave, sickness and also Bank Holiday periods.

The post holder will take day-to-day responsibility for the Domestic and Linen Teams, utilising the Facilities staff (outlined above) to overcome each challenge presented.

Key Requirements
- Educated to GCSE level or equivalent qualification (which should include Maths and English)
- NVQ 3 or equivalent qualification or substantial experience in a support service role with the equivalent level of knowledge
- Sound knowledge of catering / domestic / porter functions within a healthcare environment
- Previous experience of working in a support services function
- Current driving licence
