**Graduate Associate Recruitment Consultant - The Role**
- Liaising with clients to determine what their requirements are.
- Negotiating contracts with clients.
- Arrange face-to-face meetings and interviews with clients.
- Business development and account management.
- Working towards sales targets.

**Graduate Associate Recruitment Consultant - Requirements**
- Recent graduate or previous B2B or B2C sales experience.
- Confident and outgoing.
- Ambitious individual looking to progress quickly.
- Commercially savvy.
- Financially and success driven.
- Inherent competitive nature.
- Great communication skills.
