Our client is the market leading healthcare recruitment agency. They are a boutique agency in Manchester, set up by top performers of an older company. Their growth plans are massive, with so many opportunities for quick progression meaning it’s a reallyexciting time to join You can expect personalised hands-on training with the Directors from day one. They offer a competitive commission and benefits package which allows graduates to start earning great money from day one

**Graduate Recruitment Consultant - Graduate - Recruitment - The Benefits**
- Lots of strong existing client relationships meaning there are jobs to work from day 1.
- Huge growth plans meaning great opportunities for progress.
- Commission with no threshold up to 25%.
- £500 personal development budget a year.
- Strong training programme delivered by the Director, which covers 12 modules across desk and classroom.
- Progression is black and white and works on a 6-month rolling basis all the way up to Associate Director.
- No flexible working through first 6 months and then you get a day WFH after this promotion.
- Free gym membership which starts as PureGym and gets better as you get promoted - Bannatynes, Nuffield Health and then David Lloyd
- Early finish Friday.
