Our client based on the Medway City Estate is looking to recruit an Accounts / Office Manager

Duties to include:
**All aspects of Accounts**

Credit control

Accounts payable

Inputting customer and supplier invoices into Sage

VAT returns

CIS returns and statements

Year end accounts

Bank reconciliation

Banking (cheques / cash)

Raising customer invoices

Monthly reports to MD

P11D return’s

**Payroll**

Monthly - currently 13 staff

**Office Management**

HR

Health & Safety

Staff training

Insurance renewals

IT support

Fleet management

Assisting the managing director

Assisting contracts managers / service desk when required

Answering telephones / office cover

Arranging plant equipment / fire alarm / emergency lighting services

General office management

Arranging building repairs

Typing customer quotes and documents

Arranging events

GDPR

**Property Management**

All aspects of accounts

Tenancy agreements

Maintenance issues

Insurance

Salary circa: £30,000 depending on experience
