**Responsibilities**:

- **Household Management**: Coordinate and manage daily household operations, including overseeing cleaning schedules, maintenance tasks, and service providers to ensure the residence is maintained in optimal condition.
- **Guest Services**: Greet and assist guests, manage their accommodations, and attend to their needs to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience during their stay.
- **Personal Assistance**: Provide a range of personal support services, such as running errands, managing appointments, coordinating travel arrangements, and assisting with event planning.
- **Security and Privacy**: Implement and maintain security protocols to ensure the safety of household members, property, and sensitive information.
- **Technology Management**: Handle technology-related tasks such as setting up and maintaining home automation systems, audiovisual equipment, and other technological amenities.
- **Wardrobe Management**: Assist with organizing and maintaining clothing and accessories, including laundering, ironing, and wardrobe inventory management.
- **Fine Dining Support**: Coordinate and assist with formal and informal dining experiences, including table settings, serving, and ensuring a high standard of etiquette is maintained.
- **Valet Services**: Provide valet services, including car maintenance coordination, cleaning, and fueling as required.
- **Administrative Support**: Handle administrative tasks such as managing household budgets, handling correspondence, and maintaining records related to household operations.
- **Event Coordination**: Assist in planning and executing special events, parties, and gatherings held within the residence.
- **Flexibility**: Be prepared to adapt to changing situations and responsibilities, contributing to the overall harmony and efficiency of the household.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in hospitality, household management, or related fields are a plus.
- Proven experience in a similar role within a private household or luxury hospitality environment.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact professionally and discreetly with household members, guests, and service providers.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage complex schedules and tasks.
- Ability to anticipate needs and take proactive measures to ensure the comfort and well-being of household occupants.
- Proficiency in technology and home automation systems.
- Impeccable personal presentation, with an understanding of formal etiquette and protocols.
- Flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as the household requires.

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£65,000.00 per month
