Job Description:

We require an individual with exceptional service skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage various household tasks efficiently. The ideal candidate will embody discretion, professionalism, and a commitment to providing an exemplary experience for the principals and their guests.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level personal service to the principals and their guests, including meal service, event planning, and household organization.

  • Anticipate the needs of the principals, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.

Household Administration:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the household.

  • Maintain inventory of household supplies and manage purchasing as needed.

  • Coordinate and manage household maintenance and repairs supported by Holly.

  • Coordinate with external vendors such as florists on a weekly basis.

  • Support the chef with ordering and kitchen organization.

  • Perform personal errands as required.

Event Planning and Coordination:

  • Assist in planning and executing private events, including formal dinners, parties, and gatherings.

  • Collaborate with external vendors (caterers, florists, etc.) to ensure seamless event execution.

Guest Relations:

  • Welcome guests and ensure a hospitable environment.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar role within a private household or luxury service environment.

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

  • Knowledge of fine dining service, household management, and etiquette.

  • Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.

Working Conditions:

This role requires 45 hours per week, including 2 weekends per month, from 12pm – 9pm. We offer a competitive salary up to £55,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
