**Job Brief**:

**Scope of the Role**:
As the Executive Assistant to Operations Director, you will be the right hand to our Operations Director, immersing yourself in a spectrum of tasks that span financial wizardry, HR finesse, health and food safety scrutiny, and overall organizational brilliance. Your mission, should you choose to accept it, involves formulating strategy, elevating financial checks and end-of-day reports to an art form, holding empowering meetings with venue GMs, and championing compliance.

The specific duties include formulating strategy, Finance checking and scrutinizing end of day reports for the venues, holding meetings to GM's in venues, improving performance, procuring material and resources and securing compliance.

Ultimately, with the guidance and support of the Ops Director you will be first contact for the venues and will liaise with the General Managers, ensuring all tasks are done to the minimum standards required.

This would be a great role for a General Manager looking for the next step in their career, or an enthusiastic PA looking to learn new skills.

**Responsibilities**
- Provide support to the Operations Director in the day to day running of the organization
- Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way
- Checking Venues reporting, scrutinizing numbers on the end of night reports
- Help the organization’s processes remain legally compliant
- Examine financial data and use them to improve profitability
- Perform quality controls and monitor production KPIs
- Recruit, train and supervise staff
- Find ways to increase quality of customer service
- Ensure and check that businesses reporting is good quality and correct
- Develop work rules and guidelines for company employees
- Schedule projects and ensure assignments are carried out as planned
- Work hand-in-hand with top management staff concerning work/operational issues and other activities
- Maintain and organize company’s facilities

**Requirements and skills**
- Proven work experience as Operations Manager or similar role
- Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management
- Familiarity with business and financial principles
- Excellent communication skills
- Leadership ability
- Outstanding organisational skills
- Must be able to work and deliver within limited time range or frame
- Should be able to work as part of a team on a regular basis
- Excellent analytical, problem solving, and organizational abilities
- Good understanding of how an administrative setting operates and also know what is required at any given time

**Salary**: £35,000.00-£39,000.00 per year
