**The Opportunity**:
We have an exciting opportunity for a **Receptionist & Administrator** to join our Operations Support team here at Markel Tax in Sheffield. The role will report into our Support Services Manager and will involve working on our main reception desk at our Sheffield office, greeting guests, taking calls as well as office administration,supporting our teams based here.

**What you’ll be doing**:
Be the Front of House face of our Sheffield office

Meet and Greet all visitors to the office

Managing conference facilities and room bookings/catering requirements of the Sheffield office

Provide Facilities support to the Operations Manager - managing stock orders, stationary, etc

Be responsible for general office administration ensuring all Sheffield post is managed and distributed in a timely manner and to any deadlines

Provide excellent Customer Service for inbound reception calls, maintaining excellent service levels

Ensure all security/H&S requirements are maintained when welcoming visitors within required standards in line with relevant procedure

**Our Must Have's**:
Demonstrate strong communication and organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload

Good IT / MS Office skills including strong attention to detail and accuracy managing and logging calls

Excellent Customer Service and numerical skills

Abel to demonstrate first class client care and communication skills across all levels

Be an effective team player, demonstrate positive and co-operative interaction with team members with the ability to work on your own initiative

Previous experience working in a professional services environment

**Our Nice To Have's**:
Any experience working within the Tax/Accountancy, Law or Insurance sectors would be great

Experience using CRM/Database systems
