What you will contribute to the team;
- Nurture and grow services by shifting the status-quo and drive new, innovative ways of delivering outstanding outcomes for our customers
- Understand the vital leadership, capability and cultural components that drive the people element of our service offerings and the value that this brings
- Engage with Project and Programme-level executives, assisting them in shaping strategies, adopting new ways of working and accelerating progress in unlocking the value of digital
- Manage outstanding delivery of our digital advisory services
- Provide high value consultancy to customers at the enterprise, programme and project level
- Develop trusted relationships with our clients and support the growth of our business by playing an present and dynamic role in bids/proposal development
- Support with service and people development to help grow and develop our business and team

**Required for the position of Senior Digital Consultant **;
- Extensive professional experience, for example, previous work within management consultancy, IT/Digital, Engineering, or an in-house role in which you have gained exposure to digital transformation project(s)
- Experience in one or more of our key services of: digital technology, digital transformation, data analytics, innovation and information management
- Project/ Programme management
- i.e. managing commercial success, risk, schedule
- Knowledge of the latest digital trends across infrastructure design, delivery and operation
- A strong customer-centric perspective that focuses on outcomes and whole-life value
- Demonstrable passion for digital and delivering social, environmental and economic outcomes
- Strong communication skills (written, verbal and visual) carried through into project deliverables and proposals

The Unit delivers services to projects ranging in scale and complexity up to £20bn, through the technical disciplines of Programme Management, Project Management, Project Controls, Scheduling, Cost Management, Estimating, Infrastructure Finance, Management Consulting, Digital Consulting and Education, Health and Care Management.
