Our client is an award-winning global systems integrator and managed service provider, working with clients in over 70 countries across five continents. They partner with leading technology vendors including Cisco, Microsoft, and Dell Technologies.

They are looking for a Senior Buyer to join the procurement team supporting the processing and fulfilment of customer orders by placing purchasing orders, using best practices ensuring the highest level of service is being provided to their customers internallyand externally

Managing the complete end-to-end process from placing orders right through to delivery of orders into their warehouse, allocating stock to back orders, sometimes assisting with the more complicated deliveries to their customers (International shipments,larger UK pallet shipments, etc.), and ensuring direct shipments arrive as expected and are invoiced to the customer on-time

**Senior Buyer**

Ideally you will have:

- Experience of working in a fast-paced procurement or commercial environment essential
- Relevant industry experience preferable, knowledge of IT products &/or services would be an advantage
- A solid purchasing background with good negotiation skills
- Ability to form close working relationships
- Excellent communication and analytical skills with a good attention to detail
- Experience of Cisco’s CCW platform (GPNs, DIDs, GAAs, etc.) would be an advantage
- Experience of Microsoft CSP/Azure ordering and billing would be an advantage
- Good CRM system skills, knowledge of NetSuite would be an advantage
- Advanced user of Microsoft Excel
