As a Customer Service Administrator, you will be:

- Processing and inputting a high volume of technical orders
- Updating customers on the progress of their orders
- Proactively calling existing clients to discuss order requirements
- Producing and sending customer quotations
- Chasing customers for outstanding monies owed as and when required
- Producing excel reports

As the Customer Service Administrator, you will have:

- Experience working as an Administrator within a similar industry
- Previous experience in processing technical orders daily
- Previous experience working within a fast-paced environment, with excellent attention to detail
- Excellent computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel
- You may have experience working as one of the following: Customer Services Advisor, Order Processor, Office Co-ordinator, Office Administrator, Sales Support Co-ordinator, Administrator, Sales Support, Customer Service Administrator or Inbound Call Handler

As the Customer Service Administrator, you will receive a salary of up to £25,000 per annum depending on experience.

**Job Type**: Temp to perm

**Salary**: £25,000.00 per year
