**Location**: Knowsley, with travel required
**Job Purpose**:To assist the Marketing Communications Manager, supporting events, marketing campaigns and CRM responsibilities.
**Majority of time spent**:Arranging events, smooth CRM operation and campaign support.

**Responsibilities**:

- Event organisation - logistics, attendance (when required), bookings (associated tasks), and ensuring relevant marketing materials available.
- Support marketing campaigns, including social media content - Following and assisting delivery of marketing campaigns set out by marketing communications manager and sales team.
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM) - manage CRM to maximise effect of increased social marketing activities. Manage and load CRM with current databases for lead generation and targeted marketing purposes.
- Support the creation and design of promotional materials.
- Support targeted trade association marketing.
- Support the creation of photography and filming, internal and third-party
- Support Clarke Energy UK engineering, projects, and service promotional content.
- Ad hoc support to the wider UK marketing and sales team.

**Technical/Professional Knowledge and Skills**:

- IT skills - Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Adobe experience - mainly InDesign and Photoshop
- High level of written English
- Good understanding of social media

**Essential**:

- High level of English for supporting content creation
- Adobe experience, InDesign and Photoshop

**Desirable**:

- Experience of working in an engineering environment
- Marketing qualification
