**Qualifications**
- **Minimum requirements**:

- GCSE-level in Maths, English and science or equivalent.
- Drawing reading.
- Computer skills.
- Communication ability.
- Extremely self-motivated & driven to achieve results.
- Continuous improvement approach.
- Assertive approach to solving problems.
- Ability to prioritize and make decisions.
- **Desirable**:

- A-Level or higher.
- Material knowledge.
- Knowledge of current quality aerospace specifications.

**Main Responsibilities & Duties**:

- Maintain productivity standards, perform changeovers, use gauges and other tools to perform their own quality inspections and record data into computer programs and systems.
- Must pay significant attention to detail, must be self-motivated, and must be able to function as a member in a team environment.
- Cooperate and communicate with all levels of the department and organization.
- May be called to work on other Assembly areas as needed.
- Maintain productivity standards and perform changeovers while exhibiting cooperation and communication skills.
- Adhere to company policies, safety standards, and good housekeeping practices.

**Schedule**:

- Monday-Thursday 7:30-16:30, Friday 7:30-12:30, Saturday-Sunday Off.
