So, when you look at it like this, yes, you should prioritise the relationship you will have with your
future boss. It's important you find someone who likes you, trusts you and most of all helps and supports you.

As Management Accountant, you would be working directly under the Financial Controller, a great boss who is there support you along your studies as their door is always open.

Day to day you'll sit within a team of 4 and assist with the management accounts, VAT returns, and year end accounts. You'll develop quickly and there's more exposure for you to be introduced to annual budgeting and cash flow forecasting.

You won't just get a boss that's a friend, you'll get a whole bunch of new friends. Which isn't surprising given the frequent team building days out to places like the York races and Bongos Bingo.

You'll be offered a salary of up to £37,000, hybrid working, study support, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays and a new swanky office.
