**WORKING **as a Junior Motion Designer you will join forces with our Senior Motion Designer to collaborate on the creative development of projects through the concepting, design and execution phases. You will provide timely responses to creative briefs, generating ideas, concepts and finished assets, always driving towards deadlines and taking a flexible approach to your work.

**THE ROLE **is varied, working across B2B virtual events creating eye-catching motion assets such as video transitions, lower thirds, event countdown videos, interstitials, animated infographics and sizzle reels. You’ll be working with an impressive client base, primarily on 2D graphic based animation but you’ll turn your hand to static digital design to support team members with project work and the company online social media presence.

This role is hybrid. Our offices are in Shoreditch and the Design team are in the office Tues, Wed and Thurs.

**TO SUCCEED **in this role, you will need to have:

- Strong graphic design background with excellent typography skills
- Impeccable eye for detail - with proofreading built into your quality control
- Creativity - Strong visual skills, thinking outside the box and responding to feedback with

creative alternatives and multiple options
- Diligence - ensuring a strong and consistent visual language across assets
- Organisational skills - manage multiple projects and graphic matrices
- Meticulous filing
- Autonomy and collaboration - working closely with production and creative team
- Design concepting - delivering storyboards, look & feel cost-effectively
- Implementation of brand guidelines - keen to push and challenge the limit
- Communication skills - excellent interpersonal character & clear communicator
- Hunger to grow and develop your skills
- Speed - in our agency turnaround is high
- Remote working experience - working with Google cloud system
- Presentation skills - using Google Slides and design tools for quick mock-ups

**EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS**
- Demonstrate design background in a similar agency role
- To be fluent in Adobe After Effects and Creative Cloud
- Confidence in using Macs (instead of PCs)
- Fluent in English language and a good eye for copy checking
- A willingness to learn additional software to constantly improve your skills and abilities
