Who are they looking for?

They are seeking a highly skilled and creative Senior Social Motion Designer to join their entertainment agency and lead the creation of engaging content for their clients. This role is pivotal in developing visually captivating motion graphics and animations for social media campaigns, elevating brand presence and audience engagement. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing advanced motion design skills, a passion for entertainment, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced agency environment.

What you will be working on? - Responsibilities

  • Conceptualize and produce high-quality motion graphics and animations for social media content, including trailers, teasers, promotional videos, and branded content.
  • Utilize industry-leading software such as After Effects, Cinema 4D, or similar tools to create visually stunning and dynamic animations.
  • Collaborate with creative teams, clients, and account managers to develop content concepts and storyboards that align with campaign objectives, target audience, and brand identity.
  • Translate creative briefs and marketing goals into engaging and impactful social media assets.
  • Lead the motion design process from ideation to execution, providing creative direction, feedback, and mentorship to junior designers and collaborators.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that deadlines are met and deliverables are of the highest quality.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in motion design, with a focus on social media content creation, preferably in an agency setting within the entertainment industry.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard software, including Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop), Cinema 4D, or similar tools.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing advanced motion design skills and examples of social media content.
