Role : Senior Motion Designer Company : Working Model: Hybrid
Salary : £55K - £65K (depending on experience)

This is an opportunity to lead motion design as a discipline within one of the best ad agency design teams in London.

We are looking for an elite After Effects operator but this is not a role where you simply bring others ideas to life - you will be looked at to concept, to improve others ideas, to nurture more junior Designers with more basic AE skills - to bring the magic.

You will be creating work from scratch, working within existing guidelines, developing projects primarily in social as well as for digital, DOOH output, agency presentations, and more and working across the FMCG and Beverage portfolio of clients

Must have a keen eye for detail and the ability to confidently execute a range styles with a discerning eye for design, layout, typography.

As clients will often be in the department, and projects are worked on collaboratively, the applicant must have confidence to communicate with tact and diplomacy, and be a team player.

Designing and executing broadcast, digital, DOOH from initial briefing stage to delivery.
Complete fast turnaround projects on time, whilst ensuring quality.
Provide project timing estimates
Collaborate with Account Management and Creative Teams within the agency.
Good with recording hours and a solid understanding of video workflows.
Familiar with agency turn-around times and ways of working - good understanding of the dynamics of agency processes and works well within these parameters
Proven experience in senior design roles within the creative industry. Exceptional motion design and video editing skills in software like After Effects and Premiere Pro.
Hands-on experience in video production and post-production techniques.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
Solid aesthetic sense and a deep understanding of graphic design principles.
A passion for learning and exploring new creative formats.
