**Overview**

Our Client is a well respected property services technology company, providing a platform solution to landlords and property managers alike. As they grow their portfolio and customer base, they require an additional Customer Success Advisor to join theirfriendly Customer Service team.

The purpose of this role is to carry out duties in a professional manner and to promote the services of the company in all areas wherever possible.

**Role Profile**

Specific duties of this role include, but are not limited to:

- Answering inbound calls from customers professionally, and responding to customer inquiries and complaints
- Researching required information using available resources
- Handling and resolving customer complaints regarding product sales to customer service problems
- Providing customers with the organisation's service and product information
- Identifying, escalating priority issues, and reporting to the Customer Success Leader
- Routing inbound calls to the appropriate resources
- Following up complicated customer calls where required
- Completing call notes and call reports as necessary and updating them in the CRM
- Obtaining and evaluating all relevant data to handle complaints and inquiries
- Recording details of comments, inquiries, complaints, and actions taken
- Managing administration, communicating and coordinating with internal departments

**Person Profile**

The ideal person sought for this role will ideally have experience within a customer service or contact centre environment. Other attributes include:

- Always be respectful of client and company confidentiality
- Be of smart appearance
- Ability to demonstrate excellent customer service skills and listening skills
- Patience and empathy with customers who may need extra support
- Attention to detail,accurate and ensure full data capture whenever required
- Be positive and articulate, ensure you are clearly spoken
- A polite and professional telephone manner
- Able to work off your own initiative,determined and self-motivated
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Able to work as part of a team to hit daily/monthly/yearly targets
- Act with and demonstrate good faith towards the company
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Competent with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook

Desirable:

- Previous experience in a call/contact centre role is desirable but not essential
