NET Recruit are delighted to be partnering with an excellent HVAC engineering business who are searching for a Front of House Administrator or Receptionist to join their team located in the Greater Southampton area. This company has been operating for years, providing excellent quality product lines to its customers, through both hire/rental and sales channels, valuing their clients' needs and holding the quality of the customer service in the highest regard. Within their sector, they are known to be one of the best organisations in what they do and have seen a steady rate of success which is continuing forwards into the next few years.

This role will work within the administration team, in the front of house, taking incoming phone calls, supporting the team on administrative duties and also assisting with planned events. It will be a dynamic and stimulating role.

**Your Roles and Responsibilities**:
While in this role your duties may include but are not limited to:

- Answering incoming phone calls in a professional and proactive manner, striving to find resolutions to queries and escalating matters when needed
- Creating, updating, filing and printing of key documents
- Ensuring that data is handled and maintained in an accurate manner
- Supporting on the planning and execution of company events as required
- Providing support across the business for various teams with operational and administrative tasks
- Reporting to the Administration manager

**What you will need to Apply**:
To be considered for this role you should be able to demonstrate excellent English communication skills both written and verbal and have a professional and friendly telephone manner. You should also have a strong competency with Microsoft Office and other systems. You will also need to have a keen eye for detail and be thoroughly organised and diligent in your paperwork, note taking and filing to ensure no discrepancies occur and be able to handle a varied work load. Previous administrative or reception work experience is also required for this role, preferably within a comparable engineering or manufacturing environment.

Must be able to drive.
