Admin Planner - Weston
Admin planner required for a fast paced Repairs & Maintenance company collating and planning works for our Housing Association client base.
You will join an excellent, hardworking team in our Weston-Super-Mare office supporting them with Administration duties including management of fleet, purchase orders, live jobs and reporting to clients whilst supporting with planning, loading and completing works on our system for our engineers to carry out services in our client’s homes. Therefore Administration experience is essential and qualifications are desired but not essential.
Appointments are booked via the phone so an excellent phone manner and customer service skills required, ability to problem solve and deal with issues as they arise. Good geographic knowledge of post code areas is essential to plan routes. You must have good IT skills, able to learn our systems, be hard working and responsible.
Salary £20,000 to £22,000 per annum depending on experience
Working Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm
Workplace Pension
33 days holidays including bank holidays
