**Live in Carer**:

We are looking for dedicated and compassionate Live In Carers to join our amazing team We have various locations across Kent & Sussex available, our clients have varying health needs and requirements. Looking for long and short term availability placements.

Assisting our clients with daily living tasks, including personal care, cooking, light domestic duties, shopping and ensuring our clients independence is respected at all times.

**The Role**:

- Providing 24 hour care to our clients within their own homes.
- Care required can be complex, and may involve working with challenging behaviours.
- Promoting independence and allowing client to maintain dignity at all times.
- Be part of a multi-disciplinary team providing full time care to clients.
- Must be willing to undertake all personal care duties, assist with manual handling where necessary.
- Supporting with all aspects of daily care routines.
- PEG feeding may be required.
- Role may involve night shift duties.

**About You**:

- You must be kind, dedicated and compassionate.
- Able to work in a team environment and alone.
- Have strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Able to identify, report and monitor changes in the health of the client and any deterioration.
- Will need to have both Live in and general care experience.
- Working knowledge of complex care needs required.
- Willing and competent in the use of devices used for respiratory assistance (training given).

You will need to have a current DBS certificate (dated within 3 months), or be willing to renew.

Some locations are remote, so a driving licence and access to your own vehicle is essential in these areas.

**Salary**: From £700.00 per week
