Responsibilities:

- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and provide information to callers
- Perform general clerical duties, including but not limited to photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing
- Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock and ordering supplies as needed
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Enter data into computer systems accurately and efficiently
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office

**Experience**:

- Proven experience as a receptionist or administrative assistant is preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong typing skills and data entry experience
- Familiarity with Google Suite (Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets)
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Basic knowledge of office equipment (e.g., printers, scanners)
- Experience with QuickBooks or other accounting software is a plus
