Event Support Administrator

I am currently recruiting an Event Support Administrator for a minimum of 5 to 6 months. The role is to support in hosting events for approx. 300 students and also assist with administrative tasks for the wider Department. The hourly rate of pay is £11.47- weekly pay and the working hours are between Monday to Friday - 9am to 5pm.
Responsibilities will include:
Arrange meetings,
Liaise with Departments regarding what sessions/activities we can provide,
Create an on the day schedule,
Manage room bookings,
Supply event information,
Create risk assessments,
Provide on the day support - checking to ensure rooms are clean and tidy/providing refreshments etc,
Record attendance numbers,
Request and compile feedback.
Assist with administrative tasks for the wider Department
