**PURPOSE OF THE ROLE**:

- Maintaining relationships with Invoice Finance customers, ensuring excellent customer service is maintained at all times
- Daily monitoring of trends within your portfolio and proactively suggesting solutions to potential issues
- Long term retention of clients and mitigation of invoice finance risk

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES**:

- Proactively maintain all client relationships to ensure we are their first choice for any future potential facilities
- Obtain all documentation from clients to fulfil operational conditions of their facility
- Review cash collections and dilutions trends within your portfolio
- Review all documents supporting conditions to ensure a full understanding of the client’s risk profile
- Manage the risk of your portfolio by ensuring good communication with Credit Control and all operational staff within the business
- Supporting the business with an excellent on boarding experience for the client by maintaining a high level of customer service at all times while adhering to the on boarding process
- Develop and maintain your own network of business connections in the local area to enhance the awareness and reputation of OSIF and identify potential opportunities
- Other ad hoc duties as required

**Commercial Awareness**

Develop knowledge and understanding of the asset-based finance industry including company products and services, clients, competitors, introducers, risks, client industry and markets

**Teamwork**

Support and liaise with all other staff

**Marketing**

Promote and represent the brand and services; demonstrate you are an ambassador

**Reporting**

Consistently provide accurate information to the Finance function toassist in the production and completion of weekly and monthly sales analysis and reports

Any other duties or projects commensurate with the level of responsibility of this role, for which the role holder has the necessary experience and/or training

**REQUIREMENTS OF THE ROLE**:

- **Experience**:

- Proven experience managing relationships in an Invoice finance environment.
- **Skills -** Customer service skills and ability to work alone whilst being a team player.IT- Microsoft Office, in particular Excel. Numerate and literate. A good understanding of reading financial accounts. Problem solver and awareness ofrisk in Invoice Finance. Must have an "companypersonality".
- **Qualifications -**Client Management background.Educated to at least A Level standard and pass aptitude test.
- **Full driving licence
