Due to the continued growth and expansion of our established Nuclear Team in Warrington, we are looking to increase our workforce and are seeking to recruit a Project Management Assistant / Project Controls Assistant.

We are seeking a motivated and independent person for a Project Management Assistant / Project Controls Assistant role to join our Warrington office. The office supports and provides an array of consultancy services to various diverse Nuclear clients. You will be responsible, among other things, for monitoring project costs and progress working closely with Project Managers and the Project Controls teams.

The Project Management Assistant / Project Controls Assistant will report to the Project Controls Manager and assist with preparing client cost reports, invoicing and supply chain management so strong communications skills are desired.

**Responsibilities**:
+ Cost control management on a portfolio of projects.

+ Assisting Project Managers to guide projects through the AECOM internal systems, from Project Set-up through execution and to project completion.

+ Assist the Project Managers in producing accurate and timely estimates at completions (EACs).

+ Cost and progress reporting to clients.

+ Assisting Project Managers with RFQ responses.

+ Monitor project progress.

+ Producing forecast / cost accrual reports for clients.

+ Assist Project Managers in invoicing and cash flow management.

+ Assist Project Managers with managing the supply chain, raising purchase orders to sub-consultants and assist in approving incoming invoices.

**Qualifications**:
**Minimum Requirements and Qualifications**:
+ Proficiency with Microsoft Office software

+ Prior experience in Cost Control Management or Project Controls or a related administrative role.

+ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to present information in speech, correspondence and project reports.

+ Attention to detail.

+ Excellent organisational skills.

+ Able to meet the requirements for security clearance in the UK.
