**Project Management Intern**:

**Key Tasks & Responsibilities**:

- Verify project information with key stakeholders and clients to identify project requirements, delivery timelines and associated costs are delivered in a timely manner.
- Compile site specific Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental documents in accordance with the Jenoptik Quality and Environmental Management System.
- Compile and oversee verification and validation testing (e.g., UAT’s, FATs and SATs).
- Develop detailed project plans to guide clients and project teams to balance changing needs and requirements within the project lifecycle.
- Provide regular progress reports to the Head of Order Fulfilment.
- Formally handover systems to customer support, agreeing actions to resolve any outstanding issues.
- Produce project documentation including functional/design specifications.
- Monitoring project performance and costs to ensure timely delivery, within budget.
- Create post project delivery documentation in accordance with CDM regulations.
- Identifying and assigning project tasks, utilizing experience, skills, and strengths of wider Jenoptik team members.
- Issue and get approved System Handover certificate.
- Build good working relationships by understanding the customer’s project objectives.
- Working effectively with relevant stakeholders for efficient project implementation and completion.

**About you**:

- Demonstrable experience in equipment installation planning and management.
- Experience of ANPR and / or Enforcement systems.
- Experience in equipment testing.
- Thorough understanding of site supervision requirements
- Current UK Driving Licence.

**Desirable but not essential**:

- Health & Safety training and accreditations
- Current PRINCE 2 Certificate
- ITIL Practitioner Level qualification
- Experience of working under a Quality and Environmental Management System
- Knowledge of Back Office equipment relating to ANPR and enforcement projects
- Experience of Microsoft Project
- Familiarity with Microsoft PC and server platforms
- Knowledge of wireless communication systems
- Awareness of Quality and Environmental Management Systems and ISO9001/14001 in particular
- Current 3 Day First Aid certificate
- Current CSCS Card
- Current SMSTS Qualification
